Delivery Details
Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of purchase. Special next day deliveries can be arranged, please call to discuss.
All bulk deliveries are made to kerbside only, We request a tail lift when organising transport however this cannot always be guaranteed. The delivery driver may require help unloading the goods. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm weekdays only (Saturday mornings and specified times by special arrangement only). The transport company will contact you direct to inform of delivery day and approximate time.
Please inspect goods on delivery and sign notes accordingly. Any damages / shortages need to be made in writing or email sales@wdhflooring.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We accept no liability and costs for late delivery.
For peace of mind we suggest you do not book in any fitting work until the flooring goods have arrived.
We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £300 + VAT to most mainland UK destinations, an extra charge may be applied to deliveries to Northern Scotland. A £30 delivery charge will be added to orders from £100 - £299. for orders with a value of £99 and below a £5.00 charge will be applied, this is to cover the postage for small accessories etc. |
